Viewcrest in a 3,300 sq ft home specifically designed with three goals in mind:
Reducing building material -- the open post and beam timber frame allows us reduce the quantity of material used while highlighting the beauty of exposed wood.
2. Performing efficiently with mechanical systems -- once finished, the Viewcrest house will operate on a high yield insulation system that reduces energy waste without sacrificing comfort.
3. Meeting the highest standard of building performance -- as always, Instinct Builders' standards are guided by our land, our people, and our homes. With these things in mind, we are inspired to do the best work possible.
